Krister Keilman, Owner/Chef

With over 10 years of experience in the food industry, I've cultivated my expertise as a
plant-based specialist. My journey spans from overseeing operations to leading kitchens that
have transformed businesses in the plant based industry.

Notably, I lead in establishing one of Paris's premier vegan burger joints, laying the
groundwork for its expansion across multiple locations. Additionally, I conduct the
transformation of a street food venture into a thriving multi-site enterprise, including the
opening of the UK's first vegan pub. Driven by a commitment to advancing the sector's
growth, I've managed catering operations and kitchens for a vegetarian school trust across
12 sites in the UK.

Alongside these accomplishments, I own catering companies in both France and the UK,
and provide consultancy services across the USA, France, Austria, Belgium, and England.
Each venture has enriched my journey, fueling my expertise and passion to foster success
and growth in the plant-based food industry.
